Capital Rx is becoming Judi Rx. As the transition takes place, you will begin to see the Judi Rx name and logo in pharmacy-related communications and materials. This is just a brand name update.

Your benefits, support, and access to care are not changing due to the transition.

There is no change to:

• Your prescription drug coverage and benefits
• Your pharmacy network
• Your current prescriptions and refills
• The way your pharmacy claims are processed
• The amount you pay for covered prescriptions
• Your access to member support

Keep using your current ID card
Your current member ID card will continue to work. You don’t need to ask for a new card.

What you may notice
You will begin to see Judi Rx in letters, notices, and other pharmacy-related communications over time. During the transition, you may also see both Capital Rx and Judi Rx. Both refer to the same pharmacy benefit administration business.

No action is needed
