Meet Yvonne Pinder, Rail Operator from West Falls Church! She started her wellness journey at the one year anniversary of her father's passing. She has lost over 100 pounds since! She no longer has to take her 8 blood pressure medications and eats fruits and vegetables, with the occasional piece of chicken. She tracks her activity using the Fitbit platform. Great job!
