Meet Rhonda Turner! She lost 18 pounds in September from implementing a plant-based diet lifestyle! She has also been striving to walk more as a 689 Moving Metro participant and aims for 4.5-6.5 miles daily.
She will be adding fish back into her diet and will incorporate aqua spin and hot yoga into her healthy lifestyle as she tracks her activity. She no longer has any cravings for sodas and pastries. She loves her increased energy. Keep up the great work, Rhonda!
