689 Moving Metro has partnered with Humana and Fitbit to offer tracking devices to Local 689 Members at significant savings.

The store will be open for one year (through February 6, 2019).

However, from now through May 5, members can receive deep discounts on a device.

After May 5th, the device prices will adjust slightly; be sure to order your device today!

Here’s how it works:

Current Go365 participants, click this link: www.fitbit.com/store/TEHWLocal689 to access the custom storefront. 

  • Select your device or accessory (only selected accessories are eligible for the program).

  • Sales tax will be added based on your shipping address. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.

  • Enter your custom one-time code at checkout: TEHW+the last for digits of your Social Security Number (Ex: TEHW2222).

**One device per eligible participant.

Only eligible members who created their account on the Go365 website or app will be able to use the special code.

We just had a child. Can I add my child to my coverage?

Yes, your newborn child will be covered by the Plan from the date of birth, as long as you enroll the child within 30 days from the date of birth. If you enroll the child between 31 and 90 days after the date of birth, coverage for the newborn child begins on the first of the following month. If you miss this 90-day period, you will not be able to enroll your newborn child until the next Open Enrollment Period. You will need to provide the Plan with the necessary documentation.
